This two hour workshop is designed for busy leaders like you who want to develop a roadmap for success.\n\n\n\nThis workshop will:\n\n  Introduce you to an effective strategic planning tool and proven process\n\n  Allow you to get ideas out of your head and onto paper quickly and succinctly\n\n  Help you access courses of action before deploying money or other resources\n\n  Provide "hands on" time so you can leave class with a rough draft plan and budget What to bring:\n\n\n\nWe will provide hard copies of all materials needed. You are welcome to bring your laptop\, IPad or other computer device if desired.
