DESCRIPTION:The Caldwell Chamber would like to invite you to attend our monthly luncheon. Our Speaker this month will be Becky McKinstry.  \n\n\n\nBusiness Profile\n\nBecky McKinstry has spent the past 25 years helping companies and individuals accomplish their goals. She offers training programs in developing stronger communication skills\, structure and accountability and assisting individuals and companies match the right job to the right person. Becky has worked as a vice president of a fast growing staffing agency and as president of Open Lines Training\, a management consulting company for the past twelve years. As an active community member she is past president of the Meridian Chamber of Commerce\, past Lt. Governor for the Meridian Kiwanis Club\, a Technical Advisory Committee board member for CWI and past board member for the Idaho Air Quality Board. Becky received the high honor of Small Business Person of the Year in 2004 from the Meridian Chamber of Commerce and in 2006 she was named "Woman of the Year" for Meridian. \n\n\n\nEffective Communication                                          \n\n \n\nThe depth of a relationship is directly influenced by our ability to determine and understand styles and types of communicators. This workshop offers insights into overcoming the communication barriers\, building trust and using questions to uncover valuable information. Learn how to identify the key factors in conversations and work through the layers to gain a better understanding of how people communicate.\n\n \n\nPresentation Points include:\n\n	Determining types of communicators\n	Uncovering your style of communication\n	Questioning techniques\n	Clues to quick communication and understanding\n	Gender Communication\n\n\n\n\n\nPlease register no later than September 9th at 12:00pm. Because of food count purposes\, any registrations after Friday\, the 9th\, at 12:00 pm will be charged $20 for lunch instead of the $15 regular price.
