Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Bilingual Pharmacy Technician who is fluent in both English and Spanish to join our team. This role involves assisting the pharmacist in preparing and dispensing medications, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring patients feel informed and supported in their healthcare journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in filling prescriptions accurately and efficiently

• Provide friendly, professional service to patients in both English and Spanish

• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations

• Manage inventory, stock medications, and order supplies as needed

• Process insurance claims and handle cash register transactions

• Support the pharmacist in daily operations of the pharmacy

Qualifications

• Must be certified pharmacy technician in Idaho as well as a Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician

• Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Previous pharmacy experience preferred but not required
