About Us

Bluebird Confections specializes in handcrafted, small batch caramels, truffles and confections with a focus on locally sourced ingredients. Many of our confections are infused with spirits from around the Pacific Northwest. We opened our confectionary in July 2020 in the beautiful Steunenberg Historic District of Caldwell because the city is growing exponentially, yet maintains the benefits of living in a smaller community. We love working with our customers to satisfy their sweet tooth, no mater how large or small. We continue to add new confections and flavors to our store and are committed to our original recipes that our customers fell in love with.
