Jaren Wieland obtained her law degree cum laude from the University of Iowa in 2009. After working for two years as a family law attorney, Ms. Wieland practiced complex civil, employment, and insurance litigation with a renowned litigation firm, Gjording Fouser, in Boise. Ms. Wieland is a managing partner with Mooney Wieland Smith & Rose PLLC in Boise, where she specializes in commercial and employment litigation.
Steven Wieland graduated magna cum laude from the University of Iowa College of Law in 2009. He clerked for Justice W. Jones on the Idaho Supreme Court for two years, then spent four years as a complex commercial and intellectual property litigator with Hawley Troxell, Idaho's largest law firm. Mr. Wieland continues to represent businesses in a variety of intellectual property and corporate matters as a partner with Mooney Wieland Smith & Rose PLLC.
