Business Launch is a very short (2-hour) overview of the fundamentals of operation planning, market planning, and financial planning that will guide you to success with your new business! It will also help you determine your readiness to start, expand or get financing for your business. At the completion of this workshop you will: * Have the resources to determine if your business idea is a viable one * Know where to go to research the industry, competitors, and customer demographics for your business *Have the tools to calculate a breakeven analysis using your business sales and expenses *Have an action plan to start your business *AND be enrolled with the Women's Business Center for one year with one-on-one counseling and assistance.
