Hi there! My name is Kelsie Perryman, I was born and raised right here in Boise, Idaho and am proud to still call the Treasure Valley home. I have great understanding and knowledge of our local market being that my father has been a very successful builder in the valley since I was a little kid. Getting to shadow and work along side him while growing up instilled the love and yearning to learn more about our local real estate at a young age. A couple years ago, I decided to change career paths from the fitness industry and landed myself a career in escrow to start my own professional journey in the real estate world. I loved the experience and education I received from my time in title and escrow, however I needed to take my passion for wanting to help others to a new level by transitioning into lending. There is no other joy than knowing that I get to be the expert in helping buyers find not only their dream home, but encourage and educate them into making smart financial decisions for their future.
