Noon Break Luncheon
Join us for our September Noon Break Luncheon at the Simplot South Dining Hall at the College of Idaho! The President's Office will be speaking at our luncheon. They will be talking about the last couple of years that the C of I has faced, along with an update on the 2022 - 2023 school year. This is a great way to see how Chamber businesses can partner with the College to ensure students' success!
We will be hearing from Doug Brigham:
Doug Brigham took office as Co-President of The College of Idaho in Caldwell, Idaho in 2018. Founded in 1891, The College of Idaho is a private liberal arts institution with 1,100 students, recognized for its innovative PEAK curriculum, from which students graduate in four years with one major and three minors. The College was recently ranked #1 in the nation for social mobility and is consistently ranked among the top colleges in the Northwest. During Brigham’s tenure with Jim Everett as Co-Presidents, the College has seen enrollment increase by 20%, annual fundraising by 300%, and the total endowment has grown by over 25%.
Previously, Brigham was President of TitleOne Corporation, a title, and escrow company, with 200 employees and 15 offices covering the state of Idaho. He joined TitleOne in 2008 as an owner of the company, focusing on growing its footprint in the state. During that time the company grew from 4 offices in 3 counties to 15 offices in 14 counties, while also being recognized among the Top 10 “Best Places to work in Idaho.” Brigham and the other owners sold the company in 2016 to Realogy.
Prior to joining TitleOne, Brigham enjoyed a 20-year career with Washington Group International (WGI) and its predecessor company Morrison Knudsen Corporation – a Fortune 500 international engineering and construction company. He served in a variety of financial roles at WGI including Corporate Treasurer, Corporate Controller, Business Unit CFO, and ultimately ran the Operations & Maintenance business unit. During his time at WGI, he served at the corporate headquarters in Boise, Idaho, and Business Unit offices in Cleveland, Ohio, and Princeton, New Jersey.
Brigham has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from The College of Idaho and a master’s in Business Administration from Boise State University. He has served as the Chair of the Board of Trustees for The College of Idaho and is a past member of the Northwest Blue-Ribbon Committee for the Treasure Valley YMCA. Doug and his wife Beth have three grown children.
