As a proud member of the Caldwell Chamber of Commerce, I am Kyle S. Penney, the Benefits Advisor at Aflac, where I specialize in group benefits with no additional costs to employers. With over 5 years of experience in the Treasure Valley, I am passionate about fostering economic growth, supporting community initiatives, and building meaningful partnerships that drive success in Caldwell and beyond.
Outside of work, I enjoy creative writing (with a few books published and available on Amazon), and I look forward to collaborating with fellow members to strengthen our vibrant business landscape.
I proudly say that I am a Nez Perce tribe member who grew up attending the oldest 𝐂𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐡 building in Idaho, the First Indian Presbyterian 𝐂𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐡 in Kamiah, ID. I have a loving wife and three children, two boys and a girl (toddlers and a newborn boy, delivered Thanksgiving 2025).
