Coyote Prosthetics and Orthotics (formerly Rehab Systems) was founded in 1994. The employees of Coyote have been serving Idaho for over 25 years. It is partnered with sister company Coyote Design, a prosthetic manufacturer, as a testing facility for technologically advanced product development.
