From Idea to Action: Creating Your Business Plan

Whether you are an aspiring entrepreneur, current business owner or a nonprofit leader, you know you need a business plan. Yet creating a business plan can feel overwhelming, especially when you already have so much to do. You may struggle knowing how and where to begin. This two hour workshop is designed for busy leaders like you who want to develop a roadmap for success.

This workshop will:
• Introduce you to an effective strategic planning tool and proven process
• Allow you to get ideas out of your head and onto paper quickly and succinctly
• Help you access courses of action before deploying money or other resources
• Provide “hands on” time so you can leave class with a rough draft plan and budget What to bring:

We will provide hard copies of all materials needed. You are welcome to bring your laptop, IPad or other computer device if desired. We have WIFI available and plug-ins for computers.
